Hello, Do you happen to know when they reevaluate waitlisted applicants (I.e. after early decision II and regular decisions)? Or just after all decisions are made?

Heyy, I am not sure actually. I was so bummed, never asked. If you happen to ask, can you let me know?

Hello,

I already asked them but they forgot to answer it and answered a different question instead...

Are your guy’s stats pretty competitive?

My overall GPA is 3.41 I'm pretty sure. my science GPA is about the same. I have no idea what emory considers competitive ? Does anyone know their stats? I was going for PA up until recently so I'm just now looking into this stuff.

I applied for early decision just the other day. Is there something I have to do on the portal? Like the personal statement?

Hello,

I know average applicant GPA is a 3.5 and I'm sure it varies widely per applicant. What made you stop pursuing the PA route? (I'm just personally curious). I actually got into PA school last year, but am leaning towards the NP route due to various reasons. Did you get your decision back yet?

I've applied to a couple PA programs. I was waitlisted to a few last year but didn't get off the waitlist. One of my friends told me about emory's MN to MSN program which sounds like a great option. No I haven't heard back yet but do you know if there's a supplemental application for Emory?

Ah I see. You need to submit your personal statement, transcripts, resume, etc materials for the entire application. There isn’t a separate supplemental application fee. Do update me when you get your decision! Wish you the best

Aw thank you, you too! It didn't prompt me to include a personal statement that's why I'm so confused. I already sent transcripts over and filled out the work stuff on there and paid the fee but I didn't see anything about a personal statement on there.

Which program did you apply to?

Ohh hmmm.. I think you submit the personal statement after you submit your application. The same page where you submit your resume. I got accepted into the FNP program. Which program did you apply to?

Hi, im butting in here but I’m wondering what made you more interested in NP rather than PA?

Hi

I'm planning on going into psychiatry in the future so NP is the route to go over PA. If you want to do surgery, go for PA.
