I'm going to go ahead and start a forum for the ABSN+MSN program! Feel free to post questions, comments, and acceptances! Good luck!
Hi guys! I applied early decision way back in August, but haven’t really got a chance to connect with anyone else because I’ve been waiting on replies from other schools, and I couldn’t make it to admitted students’ day. It doesn’t seem like a Facebook page has been made, and ya girl is really trying to figure out housing. Does it sound like a good idea for me to make a Facebook group?

Hi!! At accepted students day, they said students in the AMSN program were able to apply to the DNP. I forget the timeline of when you have to apply but they've definitely had students do it in the past!
Hello!
For those who got accepted into Emory's MSN FNP program could you possibly share your stats (GPA, nursing experience, etc.) or any feedback/input about the school or application process? I'm currently in the process of submitting my application for Emory and am nervous that I won't get in.
I'm applying with a 3.5 nursing GPA which is kind of low but I have a well-rounded application with multiple volunteer experiences, awards, global health experience, and have 2 degrees in Biology and Nursing. I also just started working as an RN and included that on my application. How competitive is it to get accepted? I'm afraid that I'll be a weak applicant if Emory usually accepts students with high GPAs ?
Hello All. I was just accepted to Emory’s ABSN+MSN starting in 2020 and am hoping to get some feedback from students who are in the program. Admitted students day isn’t until February and I live in lower Alabama, so it’s hard to come before. Please let me know of any issues that may have arisen for you. I am specifically interested in the transition between the ABSN and MSN. If you are in good academic standing, can you immediately continue the full time coursework without trouble? Or is there a mandatory break and reapplication of some sort?
