Has anyone here ever work in Weill Cornell NYP ER? If so can you please offer some information.

Hard to get in. They have a year long trainee program for new grads, but your GPA resume must be slick and impressive. If you are a new grad and interested, call human resources and fax them your resume NOW, with a cover letter. Deadline almost over. You go through two interview process. Be ready to be spic and span and on top of your game. As a trainee you get less pay, and day shifts are never available.

It wasn't really suitable for me, but maybe I'm just bitter cos I didn't make the final cut. :)

I am not a new grad. I work on 10c currently which is an oncology floor and I've been here for 2 yrs. How long will my orientation be? I work nights and love it so I am ok with not working days. Is the night shift tougher than day? How is the ED run? Is it well organized? How is the nurse manager? How is scheduling? Is it every other wkd? Please please can you give me as much info as possible
