ELMSN SFSU Fall 2022

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi all!!

I know it's a bit early but I'm looking to apply to SFSU's ELMSN program for Fall 2022 and I was wondering if there's anyone here that has already applied to this program and could answer some questions for me regarding stats and what the application process is like?!

Also open to finding people who are also going to apply this cycle ?

Thanks!

Haven’t heard anything either. ? I’m constantly checking my email.

Has anyone received an interview request? I’m not sure if interviews are still part of the admission process.

I applied for fall 22 and I still have no word and I'm really hoping they did away with the interview otherwise my chances are completely shot at this point. I got accepted to another program already and am going nuts being in limbo and not knowing where I'm moving to yet.

I am totally in the same boat as you. I have a potential program starting in June across the country, so it's definitely cutting it close!

Specializes in Exercise Science BS.

I haven't heard back from the ELMSN Fall 2022 program either (4/1/22). Hopefully, we get a response by the first week of April, good luck to everyone that applied!

Hey guys! I know it’s not mid April yet but I just want to make sure no one has heard anything yet? I’m so nervous ?

I haven't heard back from them yet! ?

I’m excited to hear back! I haven’t heard too much about the stats regarding how many people get admitted to each specialty, etc.

Just received a rejection email for public health nursing speciality. Best of luck to everyone else! Am also wondering for those who did get rejected how was your email worded?

Just got rejected for the CNS specialty. Though I am very fortunate to have been accepted to a different program already. Good luck to everyone else! Mine was worded "I am sorry to inform you that your application to the Entry Level Master of Science in Nursing program has been denied."

Also rejected for the women’s health specialty. Good luck to everyone and congrats to those that hear good news!

I received an email as well, however, I'm too scared to open it. It seems like every email has been a rejection so far.

I got this:

On behalf of the Nursing Admissions Committee, I am sorry to inform you that your application to the Entry Level Master of Science in Nursing program has been denied.  We continue to receive a robust, competitive pool of complete applications and encourage dedicated prospective students to reapply.

Best wishes as you continue to pursue a career in nursing.

I had applied to Women's Health. I am surprised to be honest. Don't they wait list people?

Hello all,

I just received a waitlist notification for the Pediatrics specialty.
