i'm still confused on how i can work in the us without the help of agencies. how can i be able to look for hospitals which can hire me directly? or were can i find legitimate lawyers that will help me to be able to do things on my own? and lastly, i applied my eligibility in NM BON but planning to work in arizona, will it give me hard time looking a job in arizona?

looking forward for your replies. tnx in advance. :flowersfo

If you have relatives or friends in US which can find a hospital for you and directly hire you then thats probably the answer.

you need to approach hospitals in the areas you want to live and ask them if they petition nurses. Much better to do once you have passed NCLEX. Endorsing from one state to another should have no impact on you getting a job in other sttes (in fact it is what I did)

Not sure why you are going thru NM, if your goal is to work in AZ. No sense in that at all. You are going to need to endorse to AZ before many will even look at your application. Remember that the applications that you will see will ask if you have current AZ licensure.

An immigration attorney cannot do one thing for you until you have an actual job offer, and many facilities have their own attorney that they are contracted with.
