well, nweis i know i am eligible to take the nclex exam coz i already have my CG certificate but i dont know how to apply using the CG certificate.. could someone please help me..thanks!

Am a bit confused by what you mean CG certificate. If you mean CGFNS exam and you have passed it you still need to apply to a state for licensure to which sitting the NCLEX is part of the process. You need to follow requirements of the state board of nursing and complete application forms. Where do you want to work? Can you explain a bit more about what you are asking, making it a bit clear as your post is very confusing.

Sorry if i confused u:idea:.. I'll be applying for Illinois' state board exam. Someone told me that i dont need to pass some requirements for eligibility since I already have my visascreen. What i have to do is to simply send them my CGFNS certificate and fingerprint cards, but the problem is that i dont know how to do it, like, do i have to pass some papers or something. Thank you!

You need to complete the requirements for foreign trained nurse on the Illinois website. There is nothing to indicate that they will accept CGFNS exam instead of CES, so you really need to contact them. You need to arrange for your English exam results to be forward to them. Here is a link to requirements for foreign trained nurse. If they accept your CGFNS exam then you need to arrange with CGFNS to send the result they will not accept direct from you, it must come from them

as Anna mentioned above, passing the CGFNS exam does not qualify you automatically to write the NCLEX exam. You still need to go thru the application process and meet the requirements of the BON before they will permit you to sit for the exam.
