Eligible RN becoming a PSW

I am nurse working in India. I Got the eligibility to become an RN in Ontario Canada. I searched for employers and didn't find any. People say that its better to enter as PSW and latter to become an RN. Whether its possible to change the position . I work as a Dialysis staff, if the experience be calculated while becoming an RN after working as PSW. Can any one say what are the actual duties of PSW.

I am in great trouble , please help me .

What is a PSW? I'm not sure what a PSW would do.

personal Support Worker in Canada is similiar to a CNA in the US. You could probably get a job as one but it is not counted as nursing experience, you would just be an aid and you would work in the community or long term care. No hospitals use them in Canada as far as I know.
