I applied for licensure by examination in District of Columbia last March 27 and submitted all the requirements thru the help of NCLEX Exam Application Center (NEAC), however, I preferred to register to Pearson by myself. I am now waiting for my eligibility and I am wondering as to who will receive it. Will NEAC receive it or it will be sent to me? Also what is the next step that I should do?

You should receive your eligibility although did you give NEAC instructions that they was acting on your behalf as that means they may get it. There still is no reason why you can't schedule your exam with pearsonvue one you get eligibility. Once you receive eligibility you register with pearsonvue, pay any fees and once you get ATT you can schedule exam date. Remember though to check junk folder for ATT
