Eligibility HELP

hello to everyone.

i sent my requirements (except my transcripts..but my school already submitted it) to bon of california on the 3rd week of may. wondering if they received my requirements and the check for my payment, i emailed them (i sent my question in here: [email protected]). a day later, it replied. it said that "as of today's date, i have no record of an application for you in this office."

am i going to wait further? is it ok to call them regarding this matter?

    CALL them. If I didn't call I'd still be waiting for my eligability today, because they received some paperwork in my maiden name and didn't match them with my married name, despite me sending them my marriage licence.
