Elac Spring 2018 RN program

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone has information about how to apply or what steps are necessary to apply to Elac college. I will finishing my prerequisites this June and I would love information when I take the TEAS test for this school. I'm planning to apply to every LACCD college, but Elac is the first school that starts their application period sooner...

any information would be appreciate it!

I called a couple of weeks ago and she said when she gets information from the chairperson, that she would email everyone. So maybe we should email the chairperson? idk I don't want to bug either...

Lauraag yeah you're right. It's best if we just wait even if I'm exited/anxious to know when we start. She didn't reply to my email either so I'm guessing she doesn't know yet.

I went to Elac and heard orientation was June 9th so I went to find out if maybe we haven't received an email by accident, but Monica told me I wasn't in that group and most likely for Winter next year. It's not for sure because she didn't really look me up or anything so it could be summer next year. She also said it would be a couple of months to hear back.

Next winter or this upcoming Winter Semester? I'm assuming the program got divide into two groups if thats the case.

The winter semester is the month of Jan. So January 2019

I was supposed to start this summer. I never got a response to my emails or notice for orientation. This was not the first time it happened to me either. And I was supposedly already in the program. So, my advise to everyone is to stay on top and don't let this happen to you. Learn from my mistake and problem I had. I wanted to go here. Good thing I was also accepted elsewhere as a backup, cause then what would I do? There are things to do after orientation. I would be three weeks behind right now. - Good luck all!
