ELAC Nursing Fall 2012

Checked my e-mail this morning, and saw an acceptance letter/e-mail from ELAC stating that I've been accepted for the Fall 2012 program.

I didn't need coffee today! This e-mailed fueled me for the whole day (haha!)

Anyone else out there? :)

Hey guys! Hope you guys are psyched from the orientation today.

I was wondering if anyone would like to carpool for the St. Vincent's Fire safety course? I'm in South San Gabriel/Montebello.

next fire training date is on wednesday may 9 from 9am-3pm

they do not take phone registration, must make it in person 2 weeks prior to the training date

I am quite annoyed at the fact we have to go there to register IN PERSON. Oh well- suck it up, no complaints right? =P

I'm in South San Gabriel- a few blocks down from ELAC!

I think there's a dress code( no blue jeans) not sure if it applys to SVMC associates only though...

Dress code applies only to SVMC staff because they are being paid to attend the class; ELAC students just need to wear close-toed shoes, pants, and shirt (no tank tops/sleeveless, etc.). That's what I remember her telling another student and I when we were there... Hope that helps jonjon!

They seriously NEVER answer their phone, and they never call me back when I leave a voicemail. I guess for now "business-casual" would be a safe bet haha.

guys,

the Dove uniform runs big. i bought a extra set and just recieved it. i'm glad i got one size smaller of the recommended size. ( read over this forum that it runs big). it fits perfect.

but, for the cardigan maybe go the recommended size, since it's going to be a jacket.
