i know some of us have received our letters so i was wondering who else i will be making this journey with for the next 2 years.

my name is allison shaffer and it's nice to meet you. i know we will all be close because it's a small group. it would be nice to get to know some of you before november 17. :)

Thank you Mi'Shelle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SO excited!!!!! What's funny is I was looking at my graduation thing from ECC and it said start date of the nursing program 1/17/06. And then I became an RN on 1/17/08!!! Exactly 2 years later! That's too cool!

Everyone wants to take me out drinking but I don't really want to go. My true idea of celebrating is spending an evening alone with my husband and watching a thing called a movie and enjoying the company of the one person who was a constant for me through school. :w00t:

Yes, I can certainly understand about wanting to relax...a word that is almost extinct by the time you take the NCLEX!

Just got back from the peds seminar- not a thing has changed- each slide was the same! I'm glad I brought my book, eat, pray, love---so far its a really good read. Who says in ns you don't have time to read for pleasure- HA!
