El Centro Spring 2018 Nursing Program Hopefules

Hello Nursing hopefules!

I will be applying for the El Centro Nursing Progam for spring 2018. I wanted to know if anyone else is working on their applications and how far along. Here to provide and receive support and help. I currently have 26 points without the HESI. I was only missing 3 points from the RN-BSN courses. I have taken the HESI 2 times before and there would always be one subject (grammar) that held me back from submitting my application. I did not take the HESI seriously and never studied for the test. This time is different. I have been studying my head off for 2 weeks now. Taking the HESI for the third and final time Feb 11. Hopefully I get to meet some future el Centro students here and start our journey together!

My email says Congrats to your acceptance to the Spring 2018 El Centro College Associate Degree Nursing Program at the N-40 campus. I honestly don't remember my points since I applied to 4 different programs: TWU, UTA, El Centro, and Brookhaven. I will have to look. Does yours saying Congrats you are accepted to Spring 18' North Lake program??

Dva, taking the HPRS classes will up your point count, as well as any support classes. The study guide for HESI is decent and prepares you well except for anatomy, but you can also find study aids online

Yes, the E is for El Centro and the N is for Northlake.

Depending on when you are planning on applying also, the HPRS classes have been replaced with Patho and Pharmacology. I think it's after this upcoming application cycle.
