El centro nursing fall 2016

Hello, I know this is going up kind of early but i was wondering if anyone else was applying to the nursing program at el centro for fall 2016, if i am not mistaken , the deadline is some where in november to January. How many points will you guys have by the time you apply?

It's not ok in most states it is illegal to call yourself a nurse when you are not one. Allnurses terms of service prohibits using titles not yet earned. This website is not a blog for applicants it is for nurses and pre nursing students.

In the TOS, it clearly states:

Using Professional Titles:

Members cannot call themselves by professional titles, if they do not hold that title. ie. "doctor, Dr.,
RN
, LPN, LVN, Nurse, CNA, RT, MA" etc, unless they are actually licensed and/or certified as such. Use of such titles is protected under most state laws. If you have chosen a user ID name that reflects an unearned professional title, please contact:
Admin Office
, and submit three (3) names for consideration. An administrator will contact you.

Suggest you add "2Be" to the nurse part of the name.

I took ----------------- 1202 and I believe ------------------- for 1204 last summer! Very easy just keep up with the work. I'm retaking one class online for winter. Looks like my applying points will be 30! Just need to get this semester over with haha

Hello,

Do we have to submit original immunization document for each and every shot to Sentrymd? For example, I need the original document for Tdap?

I have my immunization record from my doctor, but it listed all the shots I received, not just one...

I gave them all the documents I had. Since I had two different doctors I gave them copies from both offices because some had more of the records Han the other. But as long as the date and shot is recorded I don't think it matters. I would sent your stuff in soon and they will respond pretty quickly and let you know if it works

I am also going to apply to the ADN program for the fall of 2016. I've already submitted my forms to Sentry MD and am waiting for a response. I currently have 29 points. Unfortunately I lost 1 point due to the changes in the points system for the HESI. I was thinking about taking s winter flex term class to make up the point I lost. If I submit my application prior to the completion of the class January 9th will that class not count? I was wondering if I should wait to submit my application after the class is over before the January 30th deadline.

It really doesnt matter because they dont look at apps until after the deadline...this is what i was told by the nursing advisor...wont mention the name because i see its an issue...
