Did everyone have fun shopping today? My 8 year old wanted to be at Half Price Books at 7am this morning because the first 100 customers got goody bags w/ a $5 gift card in it. One of the bags was to have a $100 gift card. Well, we got there at 6:40 am and were one of the first 100...and you guessed it, my daughter won the $100 gift card at the McKinney location! That is the ONLY place we shopped today lol. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Only 12 more days!!!!!!!!

I finished Psych today. Only 8 more days til I'm in fourth semester!!!!!

LOL. If I got reading material for pleasure, I'd never study for the final HESI. Once I start, it's hard to stop! Besides, I've got tons of books for pleasure reading that keep eyeballing me. I just review drugs mainly for the final. I usually do a whole wad of NCLEX questions over a variety of stuff that was covered. If you did well throughout, you should be fine on the final! 9 days til the HESI!!!!

I never did an externship. I would imagine it would be a great experience though. I did my 4th semester clinical preceptorship in the ER at Baylor Irving & loved it! Let us know how it goes!
