El Centro/NLC ADN Spring 2020

Hey everyone! I’m not sure if I have posted on this thread yet or not, but I am also applying for spring 2020. I submitted everything on the last day because I had to redo my MMR vaccinations. I got the very last one on 07/14 and submitted everything to Castle branch on 7/15. I also mailed in my application. The information packet says that as long as it is post marked by 07/15 that it is good. It still makes me nervous though!! I will probably call tomorrow to make sure that they received it! I have been trying for 2 previous cycles to apply but have gotten mixed up with the vaccines. I finally have everything that I need, and I am SO nervous that I may have submitted something wrong and won’t be able to correct it. I am applying with 35 points, so as long as everything checks out with Castle Branch I feel like I have a decent chance. *fingers crossed!* Good Luck to everyone!

Hey I’m applying for the Spring semester. I don’t even know how many points I have. How would you find that out? I looked online and added them but I’m still not sure if I’m even doing it correctly ?

I can total your points up if you want to give me your Hesi scores and classes you’ve taken

Aw thanks. So I got an 88 on Hesi

A’s in every class below:

micro, psych 2314, psych 2301, English 1301 and 1302, college algebra, history 1301 &1302, a&p 1&2, govt 2306 2305, nutrition, speech, sociology and philosophy

I turned in my application packet before the deadline but my TB immunization for Castle Branch got rejected four times over the course of one month and I finally got it completed a day after the deadline. Will they still take my application?

I had the completed documents sent to Castle Branch but it kept getting rejected because I didn’t submit my other documents that I’ve submitted before. I thought they could just look at my past documents I’ve uploaded but I guess not. I’m hoping the dean would look at the past documents I’ve uploaded on Castle Branch for my TB and still allow me to apply for the program even though TB was completed on July 16th, a day after the deadline.

As long as you submitted the documents before the deadline and they approved them, you should be set!

The document I submitted and completed was posted a day after the deadline on July 16th. However, all the documents I’ve posted on CB was correct and I just didn’t submit it all at the same time. So I don’t know if it still counts or if the dean can override this issue. I just had to submit my previous TB documents I’v submitted into one.
