Who here has applied or will apply to El Centro's ADN program for spring 2012 and if so, what are your points? I am about to turn in my application and I have 17 points.

After you take the HESI, you should have gotten your results sheet(s) with a stamp on it stating the location and date of test. That is what you turn in-all test result taken. They will go over all 5 sections and pick out your best score. Gl.

So even if I just retake like 1 of the 3 english sections they can figure it out I hope

Yeah they should be able to figure it out. Even if it says unofficial, that is the official copy you need to send with your application.

I'm applying for Fall 2012 at El Centro. Does anyone know about the chicken pox titer? I've heard you need a numerical value and not just a positive or negative result.

You can get it through LabCorp. I got the appointment through Accesa labs since they offer a discount. Pretty much you will get your result in a couple of days through email and it will have a numerical value. If you aren't in a hurry I would suggest just getting the vaccine even if you already had chicken pox, since it won't do any damage. You can get that through Dallas County Health Department. The vaccine is around $24 I believe for two doses (they have to be a month apart, hence the time constraint) vs. $80 for the titer. Good luck!

hey does anyone remember if there was a certain code that needed to be put in the discount box in order to get the 15% discount at majors books??? THX!

ladyBug2012, there is no need for any codes. The price is reflective of any discount. Be sure to take a Valium before you get there. With taxes, you're looking at $933 for the P&E package. Oh, don't forget to bring some muscle or a dolly-that box weight in at 40 lbs.

Has anyone heard anything about our background check or anything from them?
