Hello everyone! I wanted to start this thread in hopes of meeting other applicants from this application period. I called the Torrance campus to ask about the teas and the assistant in the front was extremely rude, condescending, and no help at all. Does anyone know when are the teas scheduled for or when should we hear from the school? Thanks in advance!

hello! no, i haven't heard from them at all. i called last week to get an update, but the lady at the front desk (Torrance) told me not to call about it because everything we needed to know was in the information packet she gave us. i can't find that paper, and if i remember correctly, i don't think there was anything stating when we should expect to hear from them or what dates are scheduled for the teas.

which campus did you apply to?

yes. invites for the teas for Torrance were sent out last week. the teas are scheduled for November 15 and 16 for the Torrance campus. Compton sent out invites today. the Compton campus has 1 of their teas dates scheduled for November 13. not sure of the 2nd date for Compton.

Great! I'm so confused, didn't know if it was an official invite or what. I guess I couldn't believe I got it! Do you know.if every applicant gets this invite? Or how is this step chosen.

not every applicant will receive an invite. to my understanding, there is a point cutoff. im not sure what the cutoff was, but anyone below it doesn't get invited.

Anyone that already took the TEAS get the request for results yet?

I took the teas already and got the invite.

So I sent the results through the website and let them know.

I'm applying for the bridge program, I wonder if that's different since we don't really have points to go by. I'll have to give them a call to follow up.
