Hello everyone! I wanted to start this thread in hopes of meeting other applicants from this application period. I called the Torrance campus to ask about the teas and the assistant in the front was extremely rude, condescending, and no help at all. Does anyone know when are the teas scheduled for or when should we hear from the school? Thanks in advance!

i just received a "courtesy email" from the front desk assistant at Torrance stating that she needs the teas confirmation from the applicants by noon today. in the email, it said that we were supposed to send our confirmation yesterday, November 1st. i don't think this woman knows what she sent in the invite email from last week. it said to confirm by 3pm on Monday, November 5th. i called her to inform her that and she would not acknowledge her mistake. she is so disorganized and unhelpful, it's ridiculous.

I took the TEAS at LA Southwest College and sent the scores to Elco (compton center), I received an email saying decisions should be out on or around Nov. 30th.

Looks like they sent out a phase 3 email asking for TEAS results for those that have already taken the test. We will still need to wait for those that are testing next week to be scored and reviewed before we find out but at least its moving along now. Good luck everyone!

maybe send them directly to the admin. assistant who helped you with your application? I can't say her name on here because of forum rules. She's the one who emailed me back, her last name startes with an E

Any updates with the acceptance and denial letters? How many points do you guys have? I did really bad on the teas test I wish everyone the best of luck. I'm not confident with my points right now

Nothing yet on my end. I applied for the bridge program so I was told the points dont apply to us but I'm not sure how that goes. Has anyone tried calling?

Hi Jen! Did you do the LVN-RN bridge program? I was supposed to apply for the bridge program but I don't have acute experience, I work at a sniff. I was just wondering when you applied do they really need a acute setting experience with 1000+ hours? were you working at a acute setting? thanks!

Hey Ccca,

I have been working acute care so that allowed me to apply for the bridge. They ask for a letter from your employer that details your duties and hours worked but aside from that there wasn't anything more specific asked for.
