I need to correlate a normal EKG to the actual happenings within the heart in relation to relaxation and contraction of the atrial and ventricles...eeek. Just the basics tho. Any help would be greatly appriciated!!

At the end of the P wave you have atrial contraction. At the end of the QRS wave you have ventricular contraction. The waves indicate depolarization. At the end of depolarization you have contraction. Does that answer what you were asking?
