EC and Military Families - Costs

Hi,

Any family members to military personnel that receive benefits from Excelsior. I am trying to figure out how family members (spouses) are eligible for schooling benefits. It was a bit confusing reading through EC's handout, but I am not sure if it is just the military personnel that receive free exams or is it there spouses too? Can someone please clear this up.

You may want to go ahead and give them a call. They are very helpful with questions like this. I didn't get free exams as a military spouse, but things may have changed since then.

Active duty members only. I took a few Excelsior exams and had to pay and I'm a spouse.
