EC fistula question

I am just wondering how people have seen EC fistulas treated, non surgically? I work in homecare and have a pt with an ostomy and a large fistula. It leaks everyday, and I haven't been able to find a good solution for more wear time

Just looking to hear some ideas for managing it. We have done hollister bag cut to fit over ostomy, then powder, skin prep and wafers over fistula. Now we are trying drawtex then wafer. Just looking for ideas.
