Hey there! I am applying to Eastern's nursing school for the fall of 2016 and I wanted to get in contact with others who are applying soon!! The final semester before applying is finishing up so my nerves are already getting the best of me in anticipation of finding out if I get in or not I would love to hear from other's and see how they're handling the stress!! haha
Yes, it's year round so we basically never have a summer break haha. Also the curriculum is the same. When it comes down to it, the collab program consists of all eligible students that would have made the traditional program if there was more classroom space. The only difference is that we go between WCC and EMU! I guess one other difference is that we don't jump right into clinicals in the first semester. Instead, we take a CNA class, which is a 5 hour class 4 days a week for a month straight. Not gonna lie the hours were brutal but it's a required course so there's no way around it :/

So we basically do the same curriculum as the traditional emu BSN students, but take classes and do clinical through both schools instead? It's also a two year program that goes all year round, correct? I appreciate the info!
