East Los Angeles College (ELAC) Fall 2021 ADN

Hello!  I am not seeing a lot of forums for East Los Angeles College (ELAC).  I would love to talk to some people who are also applying or who have attended the nursing program.  I am curious if I have a chance on getting in for Fall 2021.  If anyone is comfortable sharing their points that would be awesome.  I'll also be sharing my stats once I figure them out.  The application opens April 1st!  ?

Is ELAC still on probation? that maybe the reason there is no information?

When was the application? I submitted an application last month but never received anything back, not even a note saying they received my submission.

I was selected as an alternate who will be at orientation?

Hello! I got accepted into their ADN program as an alternate. My stats are 4.0 in science, 3.5 GPA overall, CNA experience, 82% on TEAS, and for 55 points for the app. Good luck ?

How many alternates actually started the program? I'm an alternate for Spring 2023 and am hoping I have a chance! If you're an alternate and a spot doesn't open up, do you just reapply?

People always drop believe me so they add like 5 students. Which # are you ? When would you be starting embrace yourself because it’s crazyyyy

(MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) told me I’m in the top 10, so hopefully that means there will be a spot for me. 

Crazy how? Nursing school? Or this particular program itself? As far as starting, it’s the Spring 2023 cohort.
