Hi everyone! I just want to ask if you have any idea if EAMC is accepting applicants for staff nurse position as of now? or if they are accepting volunteer nurses?.. & if so, how do they do their recruitment? do you have to submit your documents on a drop box?
I would greatly appreciate all your replies. Thank you in advance. :thankya:
Godbless!
What's a backer exactly?? If you know someone from inside how can he help you? May black market ba ng backers? Hahahaha. Just kidding!
Your backer can help you in many ways. He/She/They can prioritize your application bypassing the others (waiting way longer than you do) through their connections and abuse of power.
Scenario:
Nurse A and Nurse B
Nurse A: All By Myself
Nurse B: Back Me Up
Nurse A: Passed NLE in 2008, waited, volunteered for 6 months, submitted application for OJT, waited, took the exams and interview, went through 2 weeks OJT, waited, waited, waited, interviewed, waited, medical exams, waited, started being a contractual Staff Nurse June 2010. Did everything with flying colors.
Nurse B: Passed NLE in 2009, called for reinforcements: granted, volunteered for 1 week, took exams and interview, immediately went through OJT for two weeks, waited, interviewed, medical exams, started ebing a contractual Staff Nurse June 2010. No need for exemplary performance.
See the difference? Ugly truth. But hold on, it pays to wait. It pays to be good, reall good.

what is the name of their medical director? i just named my recommendation letter to the chief nurse. can you please tell me the name of the medical director of east avenue medical center? thank you so much for your help..and by the way, who gave you the recommendation letter? is it from a politician as well?
to officiAL2: i agree. I have my uncles in the province who have positions(high positions) in the gov't but i never used them. it's unfair, i'm still waiting for my luck here in manila. i don't want others to think that i will have a nurse position in the hospital in our provinbce because of them.
well basically at first that was my idea but then if you will just depend on your luck nothing will happen to you. i tried waiting for about a year and worked in a call center for the mean time while waiting for my application to be processed but nothing happened. And so I heard that there's a lot of nurses right now who is using the "backer system". So basically this was the only time that I was able to use it. Hopefully it could be a big help for me..

I went there last august 6. They are not accepting volunteer nurses for the mean time because there are a lot of nurses on their waiting list.
