Hi everyone! I just want to ask if you have any idea if EAMC is accepting applicants for staff nurse position as of now? or if they are accepting volunteer nurses?.. & if so, how do they do their recruitment? do you have to submit your documents on a drop box?
I would greatly appreciate all your replies. Thank you in advance. :thankya:
Godbless!
Everyone goes through the process. But, certainly, the YOU-KNOW-WHO-SYSTEM prevails still. Simply put, if you have a backer your application goes much sooner than those who do not have but you still, with or without backer, everyone need to take the exams and OJTs.
Recommendation letter? I do not think it is an assurance.
from a politician.. but that doesn't mean assurance.. it could just help you get prioritized and you still have to undergo the process..
As I remembered you went to EAMC last August 6 to give your resume including the recommendation letter that you have. What happened with your application with them? What did they tell you?

I went to the HRD then I was told to go to the nursing service office. When I reached it, the personnel told me they are on freeze hiring but then I said I have a recommendation letter. I was asked if my letter was addressed to whom, who is the medical director, and that would be the person I should seek. I proceed to the medical director's office. There's two table in there. The lady on the first table pointed me to the other one. I dunno if the guy that is sitting on that chair is really the medical director because he is so young. He accepted my documents. He told me that there is no available nurse position but if there is they would contact me.

I would go there tomorrow. I got a recommendation letter but this doesn't imply an assurance to be hired. I dunno if they would still accept my application despite of the many nurses are still waiting to be called for their turn.
