DWI offense in Texas 2017

I had 1 week left in the program when I received a DWI 1st offense...just so disappointed in myself..... I am now wating on my court date so that I can turn in all required documents to the TBON...how long will it take for nclex approval n if approved will it come with stipulations

    I'm not a legal expert, but if you haven't been to court yet, then you haven't been sentenced...nor convicted. If the charge is thrown out of court then there is no conviction at all.

    In other words, I'm not sure if anything will show up on your record until AFTER a court date.
