DWI IN TX

Hi I needed some advice on what I could do I am set to renew my RN license this year. 6 months ago I was charged with Dwi then recently got granted pre trial diversion. Do I need to report that to BON if so how Would I go by reporting?

I put in for renewal and my license updated. says I have a unencumbered license and expiration changed. only thing I will say it says still in process. when I first applied it shows approved so unsure about that. My lawyer did say I should be good.  Did you renew yet and if so how did it go? Or has the BON contacted you?

OK so for some reason the county the dwi happen at their pre trial diversion are 2 years long, which sucks I've completed one so far. But I got a lawyer for my dwi and nursing. I renewed my license in october and my license also say unencumbered and status is approved. My lawyer saus everyrhing ia good and no one from BON has reached me. I've completed one year of pre trial but since I don't completed it until 2025 lawyer said I have to get him to represent me again before I renew since I will complete it by then ?? Not sure on that. I will compete pre trial on 4/25 and will have to renew license on 10/25.
