situational questions ?
anyone who applied to post certificate NP Program knows why we are doing Gap Analysis prior to being admitted to the program?
Isn't that extra work for the admission staff?
why don't we do it after we get admitted??
Did the interview consume the entire 30 minute time slot? And how many questions did you guys encounter? No personal questions? Gosh I am getting so nervous I cannot stand myself. Are we talking typical situational questions related to our current work role such as a time we excelled, a time we failed, etc? Thanks guys. Any feedback to calm my nerves would be so much appreciated.

I totally understand the nerves, I was the exact same way. It was a total of 5 questions. And mine took about 25 minutes in all. Correct, it was situational questions. I am not going to lie you have to think, but the lady told me that everyone has the exact same questions. Honestly, when I answered the questions I reflected on my career this far. Take a deep breath, and you will do just fine!
@ANFlynn- Thanks for that advice and helpful info. I am trying to relive patient/staff experiences from the past to help me give actual "situations". I thank you again.

Decisions should go out in late April or early May via email. They told me today.

@LaurenIR I hope it's sooner than that. I was told Early April to Mid April.
I hope it’s early April too! I think the last batch of interviews is in the next couple weeks.
