I was curious who else applied to Duke for this January. The deadline was April 30th. Now the wait begins!

Just got my invite to set up an interview! Man they took a long time, I was getting worried :up:

Received my invite via email yesterday as well!

I am going on the 28th! I can't wait! I got waitlisted and ended up not getting in last year, and I am excited to tell the pannel what I've been up to the past year to make myself a better candidate!

I interviewed with UNCC on May and didn't get in. wish i will do better with Duke. Best luck to you.

so you interviewed last year? Does it really last the whole day? oh my...i hope the interview will start at the begining of the day...otherwise...i will be exhausted at the end.

yup, it lasts the whole day. you start with a presentation about the nuts and bolts of the program, clinical sites, etc... and you can ask questions. Then, the interview process begins. One group waits as one by one you are called to interview with the pannel. The other group tours campus with a first year student. There is also a student present to answer questions while you wait for your interview. You all eat lunch and the two groups switch in the afternoon. There is also an opportunity to meet with a financial aid rep.

anybody knows what does the interview feels like? what questions do they ask? lots of clinical questions?

You're from Orlando right? I was the "guy" today! How are you? So how do you feel things went today? I was so nervous having to go last! I thought it went pretty well. What do you think you'd do if you get accepted?
