Hey all,

Has anyone else applied to the Duke BSN-DNP Spring 2022 entry?? I've never been so anxious for school applications in my life!

Not to sound dumb...but whats a gap??

Is switching to MSN is not an option at all?

I'm not sure, I don't see why not but I would reach out to the admissions team!

I think I'm hoping to take the gap between MSN & DNP as well (since I'm young, and $$!). If anyone has information on this please share! Trying to plan accordingly

I was interviewed by the assistant director of nursing and she was so lovely and comforting—she made it seem like I was already in? She was talking about how we should think about my case study and that the example I gave to my question would be excellent. She may just be wonderful and personable tho and maybe didn’t mean to make it sound like I was in LOL. But I’m telling myself not enough people want to be a Psych NP and hopefully you and I will be classmates! ?

Hi there! I’m thinking of applying to Duke’s PMHNP program and was wondering what experience is required—if any at all? Also, would you be able to shed some light on the interview process?

I am planning on applying the next cycle! Thank you ?

Hey there, I don't believe any is really -required- however the more you have, the better. It's a very competitive program so you want to make sure that a) you stand out and b) you're able to put enough good material into the essays!
