Drug diversion

Drug diversion/defamation  suit:

A facility claimed the patients did not get their narcotics. There were cameras. I administered the medicine. The CNAs wrote a statement and grievance against me falsely. I reported it to the board. Then the board opened an investigation. Is this legal?

Did the patients get pain relief? Substitution of saline instead of the drug is an age-old diversion practice. see below

did they get a controlled drug or saline? Please stop posting and get an attorney.

No it's a nursing home. The patients have mental decline and dementia. I would not take advantage of people. I took an oath.

I genuinely feel this is an abuse of power by the board considering I have them this information. Considering I can ask for the tapes and legally prove I did not take medications. It's pretty obvious with bubble packs.

If you can get the tapes, I'd get them now. They may be deleted after a period of time..

If you can prove your innocence, you may be okay in the end of the investigation. I know a nurse who had his pyxis pin used by a coworker who stole narcotics. Somehow he was able to prove his innocence and said all went well at his board hearing.
