We have about 50 drug cards to do before we start clinicals this week. A few of them are not in our nurses drug guide book that we are supposed to use. In our syllabus it says to contact the pharmacy for any meds not in the book. Do you think it would be ok to look it up on the internet on an onlne pharmacy like drugs.com? I don't really want to bother a pharmacist with my questions.

I don't see why it wouldn't be OK. Think about it, how many people in the class will bombard the pharmacists?
Plus, the pharmacist might not give you the info you're looking for unless you have a prescription for the particular med you're asking about.
Also, a physician's drug reference (available at the local hospital library) might help.
