My instructors have told us to narrow it down to pertinent information for your patient population- such as no needing pregnancy adverse effects if you're working with the elderly.

Don't try to memorize every single thing. It's impossible and you'll just overwhelm yourself. Edit down to what you actually need to know. Fill out the basics (drug/trade name, classification, adverse effects, contraindications, dosaging, route(s) of administration, etc.)
