Drexel ACE Spring 2015

Hello!

Just wondering if anyone has applied for the ACE Spring 2015 cohort. I know it is early yet, but has anyone received a decision? If so, how long ago did you apply? Thanks!

Hi Jennyb88.. congrats on your acceptance. When did you apply? I am waiting for a decision as well. I try not to think much about it. But when I saw your post, I became anxious all over again.

I applied at the beginning of August. I kept logging on to Discover Drexel to check my status and noticed one day my application was put on hold so I gave them a call. I had recently finished a summer course so they wanted me to re-send my transcript so they could see my grade. I saw on Discover Drexel I had been accepted about a week later but I am still waiting to get my admissions package in the mail.

I listened to the last Webinar Info Session that they did and they said classes start on March 30.

Does anyone know how long to expect a decision? I completed my online application on the 15th of september and everything was complete about a week after. And also does anyone know how competitive it is to get into the program and if it is a good program?

Quies91, it took about 8 weeks for a decision on my application.

I was placed on the wait list. Just found out about a week ago. I don't know what to do now. Any suggestions?

tellio015, do you still have a lot of pre-reqs left to complete? I think I heard they put people on the wait list when they still have a lot of credits left to take

I've decided Drexel ACE is the program for me, so news of a Spring '15 waitlist starting is important to me. My application for that cohort is still incomplete, as my status changed from complete to incomplete. They asked for another transcript about two or three weeks back. The waitlist news nudged me into applying to the Fall '15 cohort. For me, personally, each cohort has its own advantages and disadvantages.

Regarding prerequisites, I complete them this past summer. My grades are solid.

Jennyb88. Thanks I was thinking it was that because my microbiology grade is below C so I have to retake that. Other than that my prereqs are completed.
