DOUGLAS COLLEGE Winter 2022 Nursing intake

Hey Guys,

I’m just here to remind Douglas College students who want pursue Nursing and are not yet offered an acceptance for Fall 2021 to apply tomorrow, February 1, 2021 for Winter 2022.

Let us not be worried about our waiting. Instead, let us utilize our time for other productive activities that can better prepare us for our careers ahead.

Hey what year did you guys finished your prereqs? I was told by Rosemarie a couple of months ago that it would be a 2 1/2 year wait. I finished my last prereqs Summer 2020

I finished mine Summer 2019! I think it’s about 2 years right now but with the new pre reqs happening next year it might be shorter I’m not sure.

Same here, I finished mine in Summer 2020.

Heyyy my application was just updated today and it said initial adm req complete. And Decision Made. I don’t want to get my hopes up because, again, Rosemarie said it’s 2 and a half years of wait and I finished Summer 2020, I mean it’s gonna be 2 years on 2022 but maybe its gonna be on Fall 2022. ?

Did you apply for the Fall 2021 intake?? I thought they cleared all of Summer 2019 students..

Nope! I'm literally dying as well. My application hadn't update since it said "program admission requirement has met" and there's no email at all... ?

It's decision made for me saying all my requirements has met, but I didn't get any email except I've gotten an email stating that my application is being reviewed and....

"For the Winter 2022 BSNURG intake conditional seat offers are being sent to applicants who completed the Summer 2020 and earlier terms. If you do not receive a conditional seat offer by the end of September 2021 applications will open October 1st to October 5, 2021 for the Fall 2022 intake. Please check the Nursing Website to confirm these dates https://www.douglascollege.ca/programs-courses/catalogue/programs/BSNURS"

For me I've finished my Pre-reqs in Summer 2020 under general studies. If I don't get a conditional offer for Winter 2022, it looks like that I would have to apply for the Fall 2022 intake.
