I took the nclex on 7-11, and what made me crazy was looking at the number of the question I was on. My advice is don't look at the question number. After I stopped obsessing over getting to and going past number 75 I was able to concentrate more on the questions, and this morning I found out that I passed!!!!!!!

It's a good advice - not to look at the item#.
When I took the LPN-nclex, I did not even know where is the #of questions, it's much more relax.
When I took my RN-nclex yesterday, I kept looking at the #, it did make me more nervous. Luckily, it stopped at 75, otherwise, I might get more nervous.

Congratulations! I think while they may be some improvements in the computerized system, the biggest diservice they do to potential nurses is vary the number of questions. Thus, people get so hung up on the number of questions it causes severe necessary anxiety.

I just think that we have too much info about the Nclex :chuckle
I like this board because I've seen people pass and fail at different #. So at this point I am not gang ho on the number of questions I get.
