Nclex RN review books
Hi, Bori, I had used both NSNA and Sandra. Sandra has rationale for every answer, but NSNA does not. But NSNA has a different style of questions. Study with Sandra and do questions in Sandra first. If you have more time, you can do questions in NSNA. Grace

Don't look at the question number!
It's a good advice - not to look at the item#. When I took the LPN-nclex, I did not even know where is the #of questions, it's much more relax. When I took my RN-nclex yesterday, I kept looking at the #, it did make me more nervous. Luckily, it stopped at 75, otherwise, I might get more nervous. Grace

Hi, No confidence about the result, but still a relief. Grace

Two Weeks Unitl D-Day and Scared to Death!
Do not worry about the results from the review tests. The important thing is to make sure you understand the reationale. will not see exactly the same questions on any review books, but only the similiar type of questions. Grace

NCSBN Online review
I also use NCSBN, Sandra and Lippcot. The problem of NCSBN is that there had no full explanation for each answer. Sandra does very good job of explanation. But there are different types of question btw them. NCSBN does have quite some very "tricky" questions, I mean more critical thinking. And some people mention that the real test is close to the "style" of NCSBN. I did every questions 2-3 times. After I read Kaplan 2005-2006 RN-NCLEX review, I feel better to do the questions on NCSBN. The questions on Lippot are more close to the test in school, but not much "critical thinking" type of questions. Grace

Is Saunders easier than other books?
Hi, I also use Sandra and NCSBN. At beginning, I felt the questions on NCSBN are harder because there are no rational for each answers. Sandra has much better explanation than other books. But NCSBN has different types of questions than Sandra; it's still a good source to practice. Get Kaplan 2005-2006 RN-NCLEX Review. It has very good strageties for critical thinking skills.

Any Study Suggestions--NCLEX RN?
Hi, jlp2778 You sound well prepared for your test. I have been doing all the same review as you. During this week, I am planning to review all questions on ncsbn, and do more questions on cd of Kaplan (360 Q) & Sandra (500 Q) - strategies for success, and review med by group. Kaplan & Sandra are great. Good luck to you on 7/11. Grace
