I have run out of financial aid. I still owe spring's tuition and must pay it before I can register for fall classes. I was not worried because I knew I could pay for it before August, but my school has just posted that we must register for our clinicals before July third. Any advice or resources would be appreciated. I am a Latino male if that helps at all.

I would say look into NJtransfer to look if any of the nursing schools transfer the courses you took. Try applying to many scholarships as you can if there is a school you like. Schools offer loans. It's better to take loans than lose your spot in nursing and have to get waitlisted again.

Have you tried the financial aid department? I mean going in and talking to them? There are always loan options out there and they are a great source to find out about them. Also, talk to your school about deferring payment on your fall tuition after you register. What have you done so far?

May want to look into a private student loan.
