Hi! I applied to Dominican College Weekday ABSN for the 2022 start! Anyone else apply?

Did you give them a call or email?

I got notice from Dominican today of my acceptance and that they are sending my acceptance packet in the mail. So maybe you can find out too, let them know you have deadlines for other programs, but theyre your number one.

Yay! Congrats! I got my acceptance package from Dominican on Saturday! Im still waiting on Binghamton, do you think it’s worth calling?

Well I assume you need to give notice and reserve your seat by a deadline. I would try to reach out to them at least a week before the deadline of your runner up school. Every program has deadlines I am sure they understand.

True! I emailed Dominican and asked for an extension, hoping they will!

Where did you take biochemistry and pathophysiology? I have no idea where to take it. It's not offered where I normally go.

So I took pathophysiology at felician online accelerated I'm fall ended in October. I didn't take biochem yet but I'm taking chem 105 at rockland county college it's online over Winter break 3 weeks. They accept that as biochem but it's basically an intro type course. There are still spots available if you want to join it. I would do it soon though they only accept very few courses and they aren't all offered year round.

Oh awesome okay yes I will look into the bio chem right now. I’m having a hard time finding those classes

This is the email they sent me. Check that Portage Learning for pathophysiology also. Those are acceptable classes for the biochem, I reccomend the one I am taking though it is the simplest and is done in 3 weeks at RCC this wintersession.

 

Here are some Biochemistry opportunities –

Bergen CC – Chem 212

Rockland CC – Chem 105 or Chem 250

Portage Learning

Dominican College – Bio 228

Okay great, thank you so much. I am just in such a pickle because I am still waiting on other schools and so I don't want to spend the money and time taking one thing if I won't need it. Ugh!

I mean you can register for them and drop them before paying it will give you extra time. But I'd register asap those two classes aren't offered very often or by many schools

I can't find the one at RCC, what is the exact subject and class number you are?
