Does NLE June2006 can take NCLEX?

Hi fellow nurses, specially to those Filipino nurses that NLE June2006 passer. I just want to take the NCLEX RN but having a doubt if CGFNS will allow me to take it since I am JUNE2006 passer. I know that CGFNS will be the one who will verify my credentials and will send it to BON so Im skeptical if I can be eligible to sit in NCLEX. Please help me to clear this issue. To those who knows about it please answer this. I really need clarification about this. Thanks

If I remember it right, you would need to retake specific parts of the NLE that were directly involved in the leakage if you want to take NCLEX. I am a batch 2008 graduate and we paid close attention to the issue at the height of the scandal. Try asking the state board where you would take NCLEX or CGFNS directly if they still require June 2006 passers to retake NLE to qualify for NCLEX.

Hi I read in google that is for VISA SCREENING but Im not sure if it will affect also to take NCLEX. í ½í¸” I hope not

in new york state you can actually take the nclex without having a local license.

unless the only reason you're taking nclex is solely for obtaining a USRN license, I suggest you retake the nle.

But in the application how can I explain on why I am not revealing my license? Can I just skip that?

yes you can skip that. i have a friend who is not a local but was able to take the nclex exam... now shes already a usrn

I have a classmate also she filed her application last year and until now she still waiting she put her license she's june2006 passer also. But because she applied in New york the cvs takes it long. I asked her about this but she doesn't have idea.

I'm also a june 2006 passer (failed the retake) and planning to take NCLEX this year. I hope we can hear from a june 2006 passer who successfully got the CGFNS credential evaluation (CES) so that we can proceed with our application.

I'm afraid that CGFNS will not grant me the CES. I only need the CES not the VISA SCREENING since I am already in the US on a nonimmigrant visa. I am planning to apply in Texas and use ERES credentialing instead of CGFNS since it is one of the approved credentialing body as per texas BON. I would stir clear of CGFNS. Have you heard from anyone who is a June 2006 passer who got a CES from CGFNS? Thanks
