Does Nevada require the CGFNS exam? any filipinos here who already applied at NEVADA BON. please share your experience.

one more question, with regards to which to type of CES report.

is it the "Healthcare Profession & Science Report or the "Full Education Course-by-Course"?

because according nevada requirement it needs

"Health Care Professional and Science Course-by-Course Report"

i am confuse which report to apply

should i check both report?

You do not need CGFNS exam just CES and I would suggest going for the Full education course, although a little more expensive can be used in other states. What I mean is if you get course by course but then want to endorse to a state which requires full course then you have to pay and get it done
