Sure! I work full time in a High Risk L&D (>400 deliveries a month) AND per deim at a level one hospital with

Absolutey. Loads of people do it, in differing degrees. For example, an ICU nurse might do ICU at one place, and step-down at another. NICU nurses can do mom/baby and newborn. L&D nurses can do antepartum and often times, postpartum or mom/baby. It all just depends. I say go for it!!
