I am a newly licensed RN in NYC looking for my first nursing job. Can anyone tell me if this cover letter is okay/what a new RN type of cover letter is supposed to be like?

Your cv looks good, but I would suggest personalizing to the position you're applying for. It seems too 'clean cut' to me. What position are you applying for?
