Does Banner offer referal bonuses? If so. . . I'm looking for work in AZ, CA

I'm hearing some of the highest salaries in the country are in Phoenix right now. .. If anyone working there knows of referal bonuses with Banner (Anywhere in AZ). . . I'd be willing to split it with you if you are eligible and I end up accepting a job there. . . I might have some direct questions about just how good a facility you work at is (moral, training, safety record). . . but considering that would only take a few minutes and how much referal bonuses are. . .:wink2:

Banner doesn't pay as well as some others. When did nursing become a profession to make money???? Maybe there are relocation bonus's, those of us that live here, know nothing about. I do know, there are no sign on bonus'(only referal bonus), because i have asked before recent new employment. If this proves not to be true, and I was duped, than all the more reason to be happy about my decision to leave Banner.

I am a new employee at Banner Desert. I can tell you that I love it. There will always be someone who doesn't like a facility but you have to judge for yourself.
