Hello everyone...
I am very excited to say that I have accepted a position at Texas Children's Hospital!!!
This is going to be quite the adventure leaving California and moving my family down to Texas. I hear it is a whole different world done there.
I am writing to ask for info regarding people's experiences with TCH and to see if anyone has any tips, suggestions, or comments for me regarding the hospital, where to live, or anything else you can think of as I prepare to move.
I am considering moving to Katy and commuting to Houston instead of living in the city. I have heard great things about Katy and it seems like a great family place.
Thank you for any advice!
Hey guys! I had my prelim phone interviews with TCH for CVICU and PICU. I have 2 years PICU experience in Las Vegas, started as a new grad. Fingers crossed! I was told "if they like me" i'll be flown out for an interview. I was hoping to hear about your interview experience with TCH, moving, did they offer relocation? ect. I'm Sacramento CA originally. Seems like the Californians are trying to make their way over lol. Keep me in your thoughts (yall), super nervous.

What about taking the Westpark Tollway? If it ensures that my commute takes less time, I don't mind paying a little.
