Does anyone knows of cgfns??

hello everyone,,, does anyone knows of cgfns?? i know their job is to gather all the authenticity of your official documents and then sent to the New York State Education Department... Now all is done with my offical documents, they have them but they mention that the delayment is that they now need the signature of ministry of this country.. my question is are they suppose to take it that far,, they also claim that it could take up to 180 days waiting period,, is that fair?? from my understanding they are not to analyize or determine regarding your education's sufficiency or whether you have met New york's licensure requirements. can i please get help or has anyone ever gone through this experience. I graduated in april of 2010 and could be waiting for how long when... any suggested.

You will find many threads discussing CVS, CGFNS and NY BON

If you are doing CVS through CGFNS then they are required by NY (because NY BON pays for this service) to obtain all your documentation that is required by NY BON, they are expected to wait 6 months to receive all documentation before forwarding it to NY. If all your documents are received before that and your file is complete they will forward everything to NY otherwise they wait 6 moths and then forward everything they have received and then NY BON will make their own decision based on what they have received. If you are licensed in your own country they will need something confirming this so yes they are entitled to contact the signature of ministry to get it

I am in trouble with CGFNS since 2006, they do not answer any questions; the only thing: PAY..

And by the same way still not allowed to pass my NCLEX !!
