Hi,

I'm looking for a community college in Maryland that has a good nursing program. With partnership with MD four year colleges after the 2 years [preferably UMD] please let me know ASAP because I REALLY need to hurry up and apply to school!

Thanks in advance

Try AACC in Arnold, Md..excellent program

Specializes in Peri-op/Sub-Acute ANP.

I believe Montgomery College has a partnership deal with UofMD, although I don't think you are absolutely guaranteed entry into the UofMD nursing program - you still have to make the grade.

Specializes in ED, ICU, lifetime Diabetes Education.

Howard Community College, Frederick Community College, Montgomery College are all good programs and prepare you to go to UMD

Frederick Community College has an excellent reputation, but you must be a resident of the county to go to their nursing school (you get 3 points for that, and without those points, you won't have enough to apply). A new program just began right here at Hood college to bridge over, but I can't see why anyone would have trouble getting into U of MD afterwards, either. Sorry, I don't know if they have any type of partnership, but their website clearly states what other classes you would need so that students take the right ones to comply with their school of choice.
