Hi! I just finished my first year of of nursing school and it wasn't too bad but a lot of time spent on the many projects, exams and studying. Now I finally have the break all year I've been waiting for and I feel so restless. I don't know what to do with myself. It's not like I'm just off either, I have two very little boys at home, a house to keep clean especially after my lack of cleaning during the school year, and a husband that works like crazy. So whats wrong with me???? Why can't I unwind? Enjoy some family time and relax. I don't know but I feel like I probably will get to the point of relaxing it will be time for school to start back up since I have such a little break. Here's my dirtiest secret- I actually read through my fall syllabus and was thinking of getting a head start on video's and reading!!!
Well thanks to anyone that takes the time to read my post:redbeathe

I feel the same way too. I too just finished my first year. I was soooo looking forward to these next couple of weeks off. Especially after doing med surg in the summer, but haven't been able to relax and unwind as I hoped. All I can think about is school. Sigh, Never thought I would be saying I can't wait for school to get started again!
