Does anybody find the VATI helpful and had success

Nursing Students NCLEX

I've been using VATI since I graduated in June and I still dont feel prepared! I seems to be alot of reading and powerpoints and many Nurses say after graduation only questions should be done??? help:facepalm: ...

i did the vati because it was a requirment by my school or else i saw it as a waste of my time. i did enjoy ATI on its own thought. i just scheduled my RN NCLEX for nov and i plan on using saunders, PDA by lacharity and kaplan and maybe some ati practice

I to like the regular ATI its very helpful but the VATI is to much! Im pushing to retest in October but i will not rush this round cause this has to be the last time for me ... (Nclex gives me Anxiety) im really leaning towards Kaplan but since my School paid for ATI i just wanted to seek clarity to make sure I'm not tripping

I didn't feel as if the VATI was preparing me but I ended up passing so it did a lot more than I had thought while I was going through it. When ever I took a one of the tests I would look at the areas that scored below a 65%. Those sections I would read/re-write the powerpoints that were related to the subject and then I also would do the critical thinking questions. I used the ATI books and instead of writing notes I just focused on the key points. Usually when I re-tested each subject I got at least an 6% increase, sometimes more. It just depends on how you learn and study. Good luck!
